Founding Host Pilot · Virginia Beach & Sandbridge

Want local backup for your property?

Tell us a little about your rental. This pilot is designed for self-managing owners who want to stay in control but need a reliable local layer when they can’t be there.

✓ No long-term commitment during pilot ✓ $99/property/month founding rate ✓ Pre-approved Rescue Run rules confirmed before activation

Founding Host Pilot — Limited Availability. Submit your property for review. We’ll confirm current service-area and capacity eligibility before sending an activation/payment link. Applying does not charge you.

How Rescue Runs work: During onboarding, you choose the situations HayloRun may handle without waiting for case-by-case approval and set an approved spending limit. When one of those situations occurs, we can act quickly and notify you that the Rescue Run is underway. Anything outside those rules is escalated to you first.

Full name Email Phone Where is your property? How many short-term rentals do you manage? How far do you live from the property? What situations are hardest for you to handle remotely? I understand this is a founding pilot and service availability/scope will be confirmed before activation.
